This year will mark the 20th anniversary of my All Original Christmas Show. This whole experiment started as a fluke. For years I saw so many people performing Christmas shows. But, mostly playing the same Christmas songs that everyone plays. I knew I had a collection of original songs that I could perform. So, in December 2005, I decided to perform a series of all original Christmas shows. These songs would cover both the naughty and the nice spectrum depending on the venue where I was performing. This tradition has continued every year since. Some years I would play a bunch of shows and more recently only one or two. During Covid I did a livestream of the original Christmas show. But, they have stayed consistent for all these years. I’m surprised and happy to celebrate the 20th anniversary. Thank you to anyone who has ever come to any of these shows.
